OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
- You'll have access to the gym between 1-4pm daily.
- You'll be guided through workouts on TV screens throughout the gym
- Workouts will start on the hour
- You'll get the same great workout as the group sessions
- You can swap out workouts, or do something completely different if you prefer!

Workouts start on the hour
Monday: 9am, 10am, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 6pm
Tuesday: 9am, 10am, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 7pm
Wednesday: 9am, 10am, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 6pm
Thursday: 9am, 10am, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm
Friday: 9am, 10am, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
Saturday: 6am, 7am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm
Sunday: 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
- Enroll in the FlexFit Self-Guided membership plan ($60)
- Book a FlexFit Session on our App
- Show up during your scheduled time
- Enjoy your workout!
